All transactions on S5 GCash are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require completion of wagering requirements where applicable. S5 GCash does not accept third-party payments.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. S5 GCash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software or bots, money laundering, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited. S5 GCash employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities where violations are detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of S5 GCash shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations take precedence where applicable.

To register and use S5 GCash, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
S5 GCash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by S5 GCash may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Age Restriction Notice
S5 GCash strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any person found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities. We take underage gambling prevention seriously and employ multiple verification measures to enforce this requirement.
To access the full range of S5 GCash services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active S5 GCash account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. S5 GCash employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR.
S5 GCash operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals, when your account activity triggers a review threshold, or at any time at S5 GCash's discretion. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
All S5 GCash accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. S5 GCash does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your S5 GCash account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
S5 GCash will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from S5 GCash that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. You agree to notify S5 GCash immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
S5 GCash shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified S5 GCash of a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.
S5 GCash accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. S5 GCash does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your S5 GCash account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. S5 GCash is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
S5 GCash strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the associated S5 GCash account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy is in place to comply with AMLA requirements and to protect all parties from fraud.
All deposits are accepted and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). S5 GCash does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your S5 GCash account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
S5 GCash aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours; PayMaya withdrawals within two (2) to four (4) hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank within one (1) to three (3) banking days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
S5 GCash reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Where a withdrawal request triggers an AMLA review threshold, additional documentation may be required in compliance with Philippine law.
Funds credited to your account as bonuses or promotional awards are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are generally available for withdrawal without wagering requirements, subject to the verification requirements described above.
S5 GCash may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
All games available on S5 GCash — including Coin, Table Tennis, Swimming, A Night Out, Egypt Book of Mystery, Fierce Fishing, and Deuces Wild — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently of previous results. S5 GCash's RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, S5 GCash reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed on those rounds to the player's account balance. S5 GCash shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions. The decision of S5 GCash regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 16.
S5 GCash is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, mobile network interruptions, or device failures on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules and the result recorded accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on S5 GCash and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

The S5 GCash name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of S5 GCash. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, S5 GCash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the S5 GCash platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
S5 GCash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your S5 GCash account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
S5 GCash does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.
S5 GCash collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using S5 GCash, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve our services. S5 GCash reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of S5 GCash following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 15.
You may close your S5 GCash account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
S5 GCash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where we determine that you have violated these Terms, where required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities, where we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to S5 GCash or other players.
Upon termination for cause, S5 GCash reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part at S5 GCash's discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. PAGCOR regulations and guidelines take precedence over these Terms where applicable.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of S5 GCash, you agree to first contact our customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. S5 GCash will endeavor to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter. Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. All other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of S5 GCash must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
